Welcome to lodgetop living. As its name implies, The Pinnacle stands at the apex of the resort and sits on top of it all, offering another way to share ownership at Durango Mountain Resort.
Located at the penthouse level of Purgatory Lodge, The Pinnacle consists of just eight ultra-luxury, two-level, four-bedroom residences, each extending to some 2,500 sq. ft. With outstanding interior design and amenities, these private residences will offer a living experience akin to that of a fine hotel combined with an outlook way beyond the norm. In short, luxury without effort in a most spectacular setting.
Similar in structure to an equity country club, The Pinnacle will operate as a Private Residence Club. A very exclusive club indeed, with a maximum of 64 owners, each with equal access to any of these exceptional mountain homes. At The Pinnacle, owners will have unlimited use based on the unique reservations system and availability.
